Total Performance Scorecard

Updated: Sep 22, 2021

Dr. Hubert K. Rampersad's book triggered it all and made the accumulated work-related bricks fall in the right places.

It provided me with the philosophy and frameworks I needed ( and that are still relevant) to work smart and build the space where we, humans, can become....well, the best humans we can be.

It's worth reading it and keeping close by, if you are interested in sustainable alignment of personal and organisational goals and aspirations. I liked it because it is a comprehensive collection of tools, principles and case-studies that help create a learning organisation (hence, team) in which personal and organisational performance and success are connected. If you want a practical guide to Balanced Scorecard, Total Quality Management, Performance Management and Competence Management, put it on your reading list.

Keep in mind though, none of this is an end in itself - make them yours! What book triggered a change in the way you worked?

Read on!
